Description: The two-year project is being carried out on behalf of the “Groninger Landschap”. The aim of the project is to increase the area of (water-) reeds to improve the habitat of field-dependent species such as the bittern, great reed warbler, and even otters. This is achieved by creating water pools/graben, cutting reeds and to process the released material to create additional reed wetlands.
Equipment: Waterking WK 90 NG-AW, WK 150 NG-A, WK 220 NG, WK 250 NG-3, tracked dump truck, shredders and various dredging equipment (such as couple pontoons etc.).
